The UNIES Education Group is an independent, self-governing non-profit foundation with “tax-exempt status” and legally entitled to operate under statutory power of an "European Economic Interest Group (EWIV/EESV/EEIG)", registerd in Germany, and acts as a private educational institution under European law. The legal basis is Regulation (EEC) No 2137/85, published in the Official Journal L199 of 31.07.1985.
UNIES maintains it´s own Quality Management System regarding the international standard DIN ISO 29990:2010 for learning service providers. DIN ISO 29990:2010 provides a unified standard for learning service providers, including corporations, vocational institutions, and life-long learning centres, around the globe. Certification against the standard ensures that the design, development and delivery of the learning experience you provide meet the ISO requirements.
UNIES is accredited by it´s University Partners as an associated Institution and associated Business School with offshore-campus that follows the Quality Assurance of the University for the delivery of the respective academic programmes of study.
In collaboration and on behalf it´s university partners, e.g. CH Warsaw Management University (Poland) and the Swiss School of Management (Italy), UNIES Education Group ensure the delivery of first-cycle and second-cycle study programmes as well as one-tier studies and postgraduate studies in accordance with the authorisations granted by the repective Accreditation Body.
CH Warsaw Management University (Szkoła Główna Menedżerska), with its seat in ul. Moniuszki 1A, 00-014 Warszawa, has been authorized by the Minister of Science and Higher Education, as a higher education institution with the name Warsaw Management University. WMU is entitled to offer undergraduate and postgraduate studies in the field of managment.
The Warsaw Management University entered to the Register of non-public Universities and Associations of non-public Universities, run by the Minister of Science and Higher Education, under the Registration No. 383.
The Swiss School of Management has received specialized accreditation for its business programs through the International Accreditation Council for Business Education (IACBE), located at 11374 Strang Line Road in Lenexa, Kansas, USA. The IACBE accredits associate, bachelor's, master's, and doctoral levels in institutions of higher education worldwide that grant bachelor's and/or graduate degrees.
IACBE is a recognized accreditation body, accredited by The Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA ). CHEA is the so called state database of U.S. Dept of Education (USDoE) of Programs Accredited by recognized U.S. Accrediting Organizations. CHEA is also recognized by the INQAAHE, which is the Association of Accreditation Agencies appointed by EU for International Program Accreditation in European Countries.
The INQAAHE can be seen as the equivalent association on interstate level to the state Database of U.S. Dept of Education (USDoE), the so called Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA), and in this function INQAAHE provides information regarding the recognition of international accreditation bodies likewise ENQA does on national level.

Katowice School of Economics (GWSH Górnośląska Wyższa Szkoła Handlowa), with its seat in Harcerzy Września Street no. 3, 40-659 Katowice, entered to the Register of non-public Universities and Associations of non-public Universities, run by the Minister of Science and Higher Education, under the Registration No. 36. Katowice School of Economics states that it is a non-public university having right to grant scientific title of “doctor” and “doktor habilitowany” in the management discipline.
