Master courses encompass several subjects and study options, allowing you to specialize in your field of interest. By studying business management, with its specializations, you will acquire not only knowledge and skills for the essentials in managing enterprises, but also acquire technical and methodological skills to develop interpersonal skills and communication abilities. Subject pathways allow you to combine business management with a wide range of specialisms, including accounting, finance, marketing, human resource management, intercultural aspects, enterprise and innovation, and strategic economics.


This documentation constitutes the Programme Outline for the Graduate Degree of the Master in Management of the Katowice School of Economics. All courses are structured in modules. Each individual module is designed to provide in-depth subject knowledge and also contributes to a cross-functional understanding. The dissertation tests students’ knowledge across all subject areas. The overall outcome of this course supports graduates in their career development through the combination of academic knowledge and essential practice-orientation of highest standards.

The programme is internationally oriented. Through cooperation with international partner institutions the programme will be offered by local affiliate academic education and training centres, and upon request may be delivered as a double-degree programme together with related university partners. This opens the master's program very good chances in the international business and commercial market.

Apply for a Master Degree Programme

In order to be enrolled into a Master degree programme students must submit the following documents:

  • Passport / ID-Card

  • Recent Photography

  • Certificate from an accredited secondary school, High School diploma, VWO, Baccalauréat, Maturité Fédérale, German Abitur or equivalent.

  • Bachelor degree, other higher degree like a Diploma or a Master

  • Proof of fluency in English certificated by a university, college or a professional language institution or any other competent body

  • Student Portfolio / curriculum vitae

Submit a full application with all supporting documentation. All documents has to be submitted in electronic version by email (pdf or jpg-file). The original documents or original translations shall be submit on request. English translations of these documents are necessary if they are in any language other than English. Translation documents have to be legalized by a notary public in the country of origin.
